Impacto de la Inteligencia Artificial en la Formación Docente Universitaria: Estrategias para Potenciar el Aprendizaje y la Investigación en el Siglo XXI

La inteligencia artificial introduce oportunidades y exigencias para la formación docente universitaria. Se realizó una revisión narrativa integradora de literatura sobre enseñanza, evaluación, investigación y competencias. Se distinguieron posibilidades técnicas, prácticas observadas y resultados educativos; las frecuencias de aplicaciones no se interpretaron como medidas de eficacia. Los hallazgos muestran predominio de aplicaciones dirigidas al alumnado, diversidad de funciones y necesidad de evaluación crítica. Se propone un modelo de desarrollo profesional que vincula competencias tecnológicas, pedagógicas, críticas, éticas e investigativas con productos verificables. Se concluye que la integración requiere alineación didáctica, acompañamiento, protección de datos y evaluación de transferencia, conservando responsabilidad y autonomía académicas.
